Chucks are certainly lacking in the sole department. I thought I heard about someone who made an insert just for Chucks? My feet don't feel good after a day on foot in them, that's for sure:) I'm glad to be cycling more lately, though, despite the weather.

I'm more of a Vans man, myself. I picked up a "Chocolate" pair last fall, but was a little let down by the amount of protection offered by the soles. I guess I'm getting frail in my old age. I need a good thick sole and lots of cushion - the shoe equivalent of a pillow top mattress.

Puke green socks rule.
