in the absence of a trip to the UK and the freakishly fast identifier-of and stretcher-out of posturally locking muscles, i very very very very very VERY strongly recommend you jump onto Amazon and get Egoscue&#039;s book.  the &quot;exericises&quot; are effortless, they are just about relaxing in odd angles to relax muscles you&#039;re locking up (and creating thereby stresses and imbalances in your skeleton and its joints), they are quick and easy, and you&#039;ll be startled at the difference within a week.</description>

		<description>Don&#039;t wear leather?    And I think you have mentioned you don&#039;t eat meat or wear deodorant (except baking soda?)

Any other choices not in line with the masses?  Or do I need to take the tidbits as I get them.
