I told them that we called the police and filed what we hoped would amount to a complaint, but I doubt it was enough money for them to pursue it. I wish I had thought to call a police officer when it happened. I kept picturing someone else hitting it, too. Afterward, I felt like a jerk for not staying there to get a police report. On the other hand, I HOPE my insurance Co will go after someone if they got a hold of anything from the police. At least the pipe got moved:) I don’t think so.
