There are pictures of Baby coming.

First ultra-sound this morning.  Three pictures!  I’ll scan them tonight and put them here/Flickr.  Despite twins running in both families, there is “only” one Baby.  According to estimates based on female processes, Baby is at 9 1/2 weeks. According to Baby’s size today, he/she is at 10 weeks exactly.  We go to Dr. OB Monday morning, so we’ll know more then.

Baby’s heart beats at 167 beats per minute.

Wow.

    Awesome!

    One thing I didn’t do when our little guy was in the womb was record the heartbeat on the ultrasound – a buddy of mine did that with his first. It’s pretty cool to hear that tiny heart beating.

    We didn’t get to hear it, but we got to see it:) I’m hoping we can hear it at the OB Monday. :)

    I’m sure you will at one of the visits.

    Now that you mention it, I don’t think we heard the heartbeat on the first ultrasound (too faint maybe?) But I do remember the blinking light on the screen that was the little man’s heartbeat. It was like a strobe light – made me realize that he was truly ALIVE in there…

    These are exciting times, enjoy them!
