I spoke at an event yesterday about alternative transportation. Afterward, a few people rushed up to tell me, “Great job!”
Now, I am a TERRIBLE public speaker.
So I wondered, just how badly did it go, that folks had to tell me it went well? :)

Maybe you are not the terrible public speaker that you think you are. Next time you speak, get someone to video-tape it. Then you can watch it later,and truly evaluate your performance.
They were just releived that it wasn’t them doing the public speaking.
