Johnny- any news on whether the cops have a suspect in Jack’s case?
From what I hear, the cops talked to the driver. They’re blaming the cyclist, while the family’s lawyer blames the truck. Both have seen video. Being a cyclist myself and having seen the scene minutes later, I’m siding with the cyclist of course. In my mind, if you’re driving a small truck and don’t hear that you hit someone, you were driving like a bat out of hell.
